1st July 2015 will see the largest change to Non-geographic call services in the UK since 2008.

The changes are designed to restore consumer confidence by simplifying charges for calling 08/09 and 118 numbers. For the first time, organisations using the numbers will have a legal obligation to make clear the cost of calling those numbers on any advertising or

promotional material. Pricing (and potentially revenue share) may change for some numbers so customers need to be aware.
