The reductions apply to the list price from the 26th October 2016 and will be applied to all of your new orders automatically from this date.
Savings on 1G Bearers in Zones 0, 2 & 3
In response to a recently launched Openreach special offer, we are pleased to announce that until the end of March 2017, the non-recurring charge for circuits ordered on a 1 year term will be reduced by £750. This applies to all the service bandwidths available on 1G bearers in these Zones (100, 200 and 300Mbps).
In addition, we are pleased to announce a c. 9.5% reduction in Zone 0 and a c. 7.5% reduction in Zone 3 to the rental charges for the service bandwidth of 100Mbps on a 1G bearer. The change applies to both 1 and 3 year terms.
Savings on 1G Bearers in Zones A and B
In response to a recent Openreach promotion, we are pleased to announce that until the end of March 2017, non-recurring charges will be reduced by £750. This applies to all the service bandwidths available on 1G bearers in these Zones (currently 500Mbps & 1Gb).
Additional Zone 2 Savings
Zone 2 pricing applies where the EAD connectivity ordered does not go to into the local exchange (on service bandwidths between 10Mbps on a 100Mbps bearer up to 300Mbps over a 1G bearer). This may be due to a requirement for a secondary circuit to take a different route to a primary for diversity reasons, or it may occasionally be that even our extensive footprint does not serve a sites local exchange.
As circuits ordered in this zone attract distance charges, percentage savings will vary, but expect to see overall savings of at least £1,500.
Additionally, distance charges have been reduced by 1 pence per metre per annum, reflecting recent Openreach changes and will mean further savings to circuits ordered in Zone 2 (equivalent to £10 per annum, per kilometre).
