Author of the book 'Competitive SME' David has distilled down the main tools to create a simple path to improving revenue for the small business. He is a small business owner himself, has wide industry experience and is qualified in both International Marketing and Enterprise Development.

 

Dave Broadway - Managing Director- CFH Docmail Ltd

Dave is a postal and communications revolutionary and environmentalist. Joining his father's printing company in the 1980, he became Managing Director in the mid 1990's.  The business now owes as much to software development and post, as to print. One of the innovative products launched, Docmail, now takes over 20,000 online orders per day for letters and postcard products. Dave has made it his goal to improve direct communications by enabling clients to use advanced selective mail profiling, whilst realising that as a passionate environmentalist, targeted effective communications not only improve ROI, but also reduce the SME's carbon footprint. And he wants to make it more human and personal.
